Working with parents
The Nursery/Pre-school has an 'Open Door' policy to build bridges between home and the Nursery/Pre-school.
It supports children with small group work and a keyworker system, holding regular meetings with Parents if required.
Information and input from Parents is highly valued and at all times confidential. The Covey has a Complaints Procedure
with all issues/concerns being received, in writing, to the
Management who will ask for a meeting, advising Ofsted
should the Management require the Registering Authority
to be notified.
