Tim and I would like to take this opportunity to say a big ‘Thank You’ to all those who have been involved in making Chloe’s time at Nursery and Pre-School such happy memories. It seems so long ago that we first dropped Chloe off at Nursery when she was 9 months old, especially as she has now developed into such a confident happy little girl who loves to learn.
Chloe has always loved to learn and the staff at the Covey quickly picked up on this, supporting us in stretching her development, especially on transfer to Pre-School. All of the staff worked with us and Chloe and it wasn’t long before Chloe had adapted to her new surroundings and continued on her learning journey especially in relation to her social skills. Chloe is definitely ready for school, her skills in particular writing, counting and reading are very good for her age and she often shocks us in conversations with the vocabulary she uses in the right context. The links with the schools and the work done by the staff prior to transfer have also meant I can relax a little about the first day at school as I now think Chloe will quickly adapt and continue on her learning journey.
Once again a big ‘Thank You’ to everyone at The Covey, we really appreciated all of the hard work.
