Q: 'Where do the children sleep?' A: If the child is under two, they will sleep in a cot in the Baby Area. If the child is over 2, he or she will sleep on a sleep mat in an allocated sleeping area in the Nursery. There is also a quiet area in the Pre-school, where the children are able to lie down.
Q: 'What happens if someone else needs to pick up my child?' A: At the Covey we have a password system. When you enrol your child we will ask you for a password. If someone else needs to pick up your child, they will be asked for your password and if they don't have the password, we will ring you to double check that the person picking up is genuine.
Q: 'Will I be charged if my child does not attend the Covey due to illness or holiday?' A: Yes, unfortunately you will be charged, due to staff being contracted to work in accordance to child ratios.
