Terms & conditions

Fees - are required to be paid IN ADVANCE
Absences and holidays - are not deducted from fees (the Management will not enter into negotiations regarding any extended holidays)
Notice period - is one Term wherein accounts must be paid in full prior to leaving (in writing and not verbally)
Extending hours - The Management makes every effort to accommodate an extension of hours at short notice
Reducing hours/days - one Term notice must be given in writing and not verbally
Government Funding - Parents must adhere to the conditions 38 weeks / 50 weeks attendance is offered to eligible children. Parents are responsible for full fees in the non funding weeks
The Covey's hours of attendance offering flexibility within a full time place
£180.00 Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (5th day free)
£45.00 per day 8am - 6pm Daily
£31.00 per day 8am - 2pm, 9am - 3pm or 12pm - 6pm
Sickness - Parents must adhere to the 48 hour absence if your child is absent due to sickness or diarrhoea.
Failure to pay fees gives the Covey the right to recover interest and debt collection, referral to Company solicitor, referral to Bristol County Court & cancellation of place
